The Irish Foreign Affairs Family Association (IFAFA) was founded in 1980. Membership is open to spouses and partners, including same-gender, of all officers of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

Our aim is to be a source of support and information for our members at home and abroad. We identify areas of common interest and concern, and liaise with and lobby the Department of Foreign Affairs.
